Robert Gordon’s College is looking for an ambitious and experienced professional to join their Development Team as Development Manager (Fundraising and Partnerships) to help drive forward the strategic and philanthropic goals of RGC. The Development Manager will build a pipeline and community of supporters that attract income and value to the College development goals as regular donors, major supporters, partners and/or legacies. A key responsibility of this role will be to drive forward campaigns to attract new investment to the College bursary programme and partnerships that support the goals of the College in creative arts, sport, science, technology, languages, EDI and pathways beyond school.

The successful candidate shall possess strong communication skills, a high level of integrity and excellent financial skills. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of fundraising or working within a partnerships, business development or income generation role.

Candidates would ideally possess experience of digital marketing skills, delivery of events, using MIS systems, and the Google Platform would be advantageous. Candidates must be well organised and be able to establish and grow relationships delivering the highest standard of customer service possible.
